Cabinet Components offers a range of routed door panels. Available are subtle VJ line designs or complex shaker style pocket door designs. Made from machine grade MR MDF Satin board ready for 2pac by your preferred painter. All doors and panels are also drilled for the associated hardware products like drawer front brackets, hinges, if ordered together with your carcasses.

Who can order?

Cabinet Components is a trade focused business. The person with the cabinetry knowledge, who is also responsible for assembly and installation, should oversee the ordering process to help ensure everything runs smoothly and delivers a great result.

Do you quote from plans?

Unfortunately, we do not quote or take orders from plans. All orders must be submitted through the online portal or by sending Mozaik files directly.

Labelling

Each part is clearly marked with a label, showing both the part’s name and the number that corresponds to the specific cabinet it belongs to. This will make it easy to identify which part goes with which cabinet.

We suggest unpacking the components and grouping all the parts for each cabinet together.

Packaging and Collection

All flat pack jobs will be loaded onto pallets measuring 2415 x 1210mm and wrapped in plastic film ready for collection.

Assembly

We supply flat-pack cabinetry only and do not offer an assembly service.

Delivery

The client can arrange third-party delivery if required.

Timing

Typically, most orders take 7 -15 business days to process, though this can vary based on the size and complexity of your order.

Payment

50% Deposit to proceed with order, with 50% balance due before collection. Via Bank Transfer, Visa/Mastercard (Stripe) or PAY ID.
